established in 1970 by Mr. Peter Denz, graduated Master in aircraftengineering. |

as well as film and video industry appreciate the Denz company

entrepreneur Peter Denz, former Production Manager for lighting
and studio engineering at a renowned company in Munich, still
is attracted by the challenges of the film and videotecnique. |
| His
first work after the company set up was the VCS Video Control
System for the Arriflex 35II C, the first black and white video
assist in the international market |
| In
1988, Peter Denz introduced his first color video assist, followed
by the smallest digital video control system color, in 1990.
The VCSC digital transfers a completely flickerfree videoimage
from all common 16 and 35 mm filmcameras. More accessories complete
the productrange for professional film shooting. |
| The
“American Society of Lighting Designers” therefore
awarded Peter Denz for the “Award Of Outstanding Achievement
in Engineering Development”, in 1991. |

An
achievement for special efforts and consequent development
was an award of the “technical Oscar”, in
1996, for the video assist. In the same year followed
the honor of the “Cinec Arward” for the VCSC
digital. |
Inspired
by the international awards, new products and innovative
accessories for the film and video, especially HD, have
been developed and introduced to the market.
The company slogan “Products for the motion picture
and video industry” reflects the company’s
target. This target is followed consequently by the realization
of special products for this industry.
These products fulfil the divers demands of camera teams
in HD or Film worldwide.

In
1996, a decisive step for the future of the company
was made by moving to a new, owned location in Ottobrunn.
The erected building there meets all requirements of
a modern production plant and was built by own construction
plans. A set-up of an electronic department could be
realized with the new building.

partner in short-term solutions of most difficult manufacturing
problems for wellknown companies, in different industries,

invests in modern milling, turning and drilling machining. With
own machinery can be manufactured in 5 axis. The therefore necessary
CNC programmes are provided from 2 programming-desks. |
